COVID-19 SAFETY AND PROTOCOLS

Ground Floor Health takes your safety and the safety of our staff and families seriously. The office is taking the following steps to reduce the risk of spreading the virus.

  1. We are requiring negative Covid tests for persons with any symptoms similar to covid. When entering the office they must wear a mask at all times.

  2. We are sanitizing and cleaning the rooms in between patients .

  3. We ask that you arrive at your exact appointment time and not early as we are limiting use of the waiting room and this cuts down on patients being in the same place at the same time.

  4. Though masks are not worn by staff members on a regular basis, they will be worn during visits with sick persons as well as can be requested by any patient.

  5. We will have hand sanitizer for patients to use as needed.
